Bob has over a twenty years of experience advising individuals and business owners on their estate planning and tax needs. Bob partners with his clients, designing comprehensive and customized estate plans for individuals and business owners as well as navigating complex tax matters. Bob strives to understand the goals of his clients, utilizing various types of trusts to ensure assets are protected for future generations. He also assists individuals and businesses in sophisticated tax matters, including personal income tax, business tax, gift and estate tax, and negotiating liabilities with the IRS.
Bob has attained the designation of an Accredited Estate Planner®, awarded by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC). The AEP® designation is a graduate level specialization in estate planning, obtained in addition to already recognized professional credentials within the various disciplines of estate planning. It is awarded by the NAEPC to recognize estate planning professionals who meet stringent requirements of experience, knowledge, education, professional reputation, and character, and who commit to the team concept of estate planning.
Bob graduated from Pepperdine University – Caruso School of Law earning his LLM degree and from Illinois Institute of Technology – Chicago Kent College of Law earning his JD degree. He also graduated from Lewis University with a Masters of Business Administration in Finance achieving Magna Cum Laude.
